Dr. Jeff Kegarise introduces Paige Pantall. Paige is the Director of Training and Culture and the Community Marketing Specialist at Cool Springs Eye Care and Donelson Eye Care. Dr. Jeff discusses with Paige the process of new employee onboarding at Cool Springs and Donelson Eye Care. Dr. Jeff and Paige discuss the importance of employees properly and accurately representing the business, which is why Cool Springs and Donelson Eye Care have implemented internal employee onboarding 101 classes.

On an employee’s first day they meet with Paige and complete the initial onboarding process. New employees are introduced to staff members and team leadership, given company information, and given a tour of the practices. Once a month Cool Springs and Donelson Eye Care do a new employee onboarding 101 class. Employees are hired from a variety of different backgrounds, the employee onboarding 101 class ensures that all employees are integrated into Cool Springs and Donelson Eye Care smoothly.
